Mindmapper

Current features:

• Notes
  • + rich text, see possible tags here
  • Different background shapes 
• Differently colored arrows and notes
• Several different types of arrows
• Saving and loading to a .mm file 
• Image importing by paste and a button in the top-right corner.
  
• Ability to open .mm file (Open in application) -> opens Mindmapper with the file loaded. 
• Ability to link lines to notes and images.

Features to-do:

• Changing color of background (+grid)
• Hotkeys for
  • saving

  • different modes (edit, lines)
  • clearing
  • etc.
• Drawing
• Capturing the full mindmap as an image (+ background removal?)
• Dragging and dropping images
• Copypasting image files, not just textures
• Being able to copy images
• Editing lines' start and end points.
• For save system:
  • remembering last save location 
  • quick save (ctrl+s saves to last load/save location)

CONTROLS:

• [DEL] while dragging to quickly delete object
• [F] to recenter
• [N] to create note

MOUSE ONLY:

• Middle click to move camera
  
• Left click to create e.g. a line when in line creation mode
• Right click to drag object

FOR LAPTOP USERS:

• [WASD] and Arrow keys to move camera
• [G] to drag objects
• [Q&E] to zoom

And that's about it.

It's currently quite the prototype but it's getting there. 

Edit: (final); it was a fun project but I discovered then Microsoft Whiteboard and was left asking myself why to continue.
